Do I need to make an appointment to view and try on your dresses and accessories?

Yes. All fitting sessions and visits to our boutiques in Sofia and Plovdiv are by appointment only, so that we can be as helpful as possible and give you the necessary time and attention.

Do you have an apointment fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dress fitting and consultation sessions last up to 1 astronomical hour and have a fee of 15€ for the entire hour.(When choosing and purchasing a dress from the boutique on the day of your fitting - the fee is waived.)

How do I find out the price of a dress?

You can find the price of each individual wedding dress in the "Wedding Dresses" section. The price range of our formal and ball gowns is 400€-1000€.  If you have a question about a specific item in the category - do not hesitate to write to us.

How far in advance of my event should I book a trial session?

Accepted Answer

We recommend starting the process of searching for your wedding or prom dress as soon as you have a date and location for your event. Typically 5-8 months before the event itself.Don't forget to make your appointment reservation with us about 2 to 4 weeks in advance of your desired date to visit our boutique, to ensure that we have the opportunity to welcome you at the most convenient time for you.

How many people can I bring with me during a rehearsal?

In order to ensure a pleasant, cozy and comfortable time for you and your loved ones in our boutique - during a fitting you can bring no more than three of your companions.

How many dresses can I try on during my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Our dress fitting sessions last up to 1 astronomical hour. We recommend you to stick a targeted fitting of 5 to 8 dress models .

What is the production time for your dresses?

Accepted Answer

All formal dresses are available as ready-made models, in most cases in single pieces and sizes, and there is no need to wait for production time. You can purchase your dress directly if we have it in your or a close size, and it is necessary to allocate at least a month/month and a half for making smooth adjustments, in case such are necessary.Wedding dresses take about 5-6 months to make and about a month and a half for adjustments. Some of the available dresses can also be purchased immediately without waiting for time for making.

What sizes do you have of the different dress models?

Under each wedding dress on our website you can find out in which size(s) it is available.And to find out the availability and size of a specific formal dress model - you can write to us.

Question 10

Can I purchase a ready-made dress from your boutique without waiting for production time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All formal dresses can be purchased immediately, and some of the available wedding dresses are also available for direct purchase. It is important to keep in mind that almost always dresses need adjustments and you should allow about a month for them.

I was unable to choose my dress during my first visit to you. Can I visit you again?

Accepted Answer

Of course! If you have enough time before your event and the production deadlines allow it and a timely decision is not required during your first fitting with us, as well as if we have free hours nearby - we will be happy to welcome you again to try on your favorite models a second time and make your choice calmly.

Do you make adjustments (shortening, narrowing) to dresses and how long does it take for them?

In almost all cases - both ready dresses and those ordered in the size closest to your measurements - need adjustments - shortening of straps, length or narrowing.We work with trusted tailoring studios who can take care of your individual adjustments.Please note that the prices of our dresses are not pre-priced for additional adjustments. Adjustments are calculated and paid for additionally at the tailoring studio, depending on the type and complexity of their implementation.We advise you to set aside about a month/month and a half (especially in high season) to make calm adjustments.

Do you offer combinations between several dress models and/or changing or adding details to the dresses?

We want our customers to have tried exactly what they are going to order.Often, even a small change in the patterns can make a significant difference in the cut and final look of the dresses, which may not be according to the bride's expectations.For this reason, we do not offer combinations between models, changing details and/or adding details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments in cash, by card or by bank transfer.You can choose between paying the full amount for a specific item or paying in two installments , divided as follows:- deposit on the day of purchase in the amount of 60% of the value of the itemand- 40% residual value, which is paid within 30 calendar days after arrival of the ordered dress (if the dress is made to order) or within 90 calendar days from the date of deposit (if the dress is purchased in stock)Dresses purchased during a sale are paid in full.

Do you offer storage for dresses after they are purchased?

Yes. We offer free dress storage for a certain period of time after purchase or arrival of a finished dress.Storing dresses is something that often worries ladies, but it doesn't have to be - they arrive in a thick branded case, protected from dust and light, and in most cases don't take up more space in your closet than a winter coat.Upon receiving each dress, ladies receive full instructions from us regarding proper storage, ironing, and care for it.

I purchased a dress but changed my mind. Can I exchange or return the model?

No. All purchases of in-stock dresses or those requiring an order in our physical locations are final and not subject to return or exchange.
